NOTE: All returns must be sent back in “new”, resalable condition with original retail packaging, if applicable, and must include associated product instructions,etc.  After inspection to make sure that product is returned in original, resalable condition, our customer service department will promptly credit you for full product purchase price — NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If there is an item that was sent to you that was defective or damaged in any form, please contact us directly via phone or email so that we may assist you as soon as possible with your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product- you will get full refund that you have paid for your order, but no compensation for return shipping costs.

We provide ground shipping via UPS and deliver within 1-5 business days depending upon your location. We have negotiated the best possible rates with UPS so you always get the best shipping rates.
